We will dive deep into your goals, why it’s important to you, and how you can achieve them. With practical advice you will learn to overcome your obstacles and improve your daily life situation successfully.

We don’t chase perfection, we aim for progress. It is my mission to connect all the dots, working on the body and mind as a whole. With food for power and energy, exercise for discipline and strength, rest for repair and recovery, and a mindset for clarity and purpose.

How it works

In order to get the best results, I only work with 12-week programs. This personal 1:1 coaching experience is designed to help you reset your foundation, rebuild your habits and move forward with clarity and intention.

At the start of the coaching, you’ll complete an intake questionnaire, allowing me to understand your needs on a deeper level. Then together we will define a personal strategy that fits seamlessly into your daily life and supports your long-term aspirations.

In 1-on-1 consultations we will work on learning new skills towards reaching your goals. There is 1-on-1 online support throughout the program. With any question, moment of doubt, or an obstacle that arises, I’m here to guide you in making conscious decisions for better mental and physical well-being. And most importantly: you’ll learn to trust yourself to follow through.
