  • What is health coaching?

    As a health coach I educate, guide and support my clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior changes. I learn you to transform your life by new, long lasting habits.

  • What topics do you coach on?

    I specialize in nutrition, fitness, mindset, stress, burn-out, anxiety, obesity, diabetes type 2, hormonal issues, body shaping, work-life balance, and overall health.

  • What do you expect from me?

    I need you to be committed to make the necessary changes in your lifestyle. I can support you wherever you need, but you need to put in the work.

  • What makes you different from other coaches?

    I focus on a holistic approach with the four foundations necessary for optimal health and happiness: nutrition, exercise, mindset and recovery. Most coaches only focus on one or two of these.

  • What does holistic mean?

    Holistic means looking at the whole and how it all is connected, rather than focussing on one area. It's about treating the whole person, both body and mind, not just one aspect or symptom.

  • What is ACT?

    ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It is a form of behavioural therapy, that learns you how to deal with thoughts, feelings, emotions and situations differently.

  • Who do you coach?

    I coach both men and women, of all ages. Find out if we are a match by requesting a 30 minute session.

  • How will I find out if you can help me?

    Request a free consultation! In a 30 minute call we can get to know each other a little better and find out if we are a good match.

  • For how long do you need to coach me?

    That all depends on your situation, goals, and preferences. In the first free call we can discuss this further.

  • What does orthomolecular mean?

    Orthomolecular stands for creating the best conditions in your body at a molecular level. We achieve this by offering optimal amounts of nutrients.

  • How reliable is orthomolecular therapy?

    Orthomolecular therapy is a form of complementary medicine and is based on scientific research. It does not replace regular medicine, but is a beautiful and important addition to it.

  • Are the consultations online?

    The consultations are preferably on location, because then I can coach you even better. However, we can coordinate what is desirable.

  • Can you coach me in another location?

    I can coach you at the location that you prefer. The options will be discussed in the introduction session.

  • Do I need a gym subscription?

    No, that is not necessary. I will tailor the exercise plan to the possibilities that you have. That can be the gym, but also at home or outside.

  • Can I park at the location in Haarlem?

    Yes, you can park right outside the door for free. Park at one of the signs that say "Stories".

  • Which languages do you speak?

    The coaching can be done in English or Dutch.
