What is lifestyle coaching?
As a health and lifestyle coach I educate, guide and support my clients to achieve their goals through lifestyle and behavior changes. You will learn to transform your life by new, long lasting habits.

What topics do you coach on?
I specialize in nutrition, fitness, mindset, mental health (stress, burn-out, anxiety, etc.), weight loss, body shaping, hormonal health, work-life balance, and overall health and lifestyle improvement.

What makes you different from other coaches?
I focus on a holistic approach with four foundations necessary for optimal health and happiness: nutrition, exercise, mindset and recovery. Most coaches only focus on one or two of these.

Which languages do you speak?
The coaching can be done in English or Dutch.

Who do you coach?
I coach both men and women, of all ages. Find out if we are a match by requesting a 30 minute introduction session.

How will I find out if you can help me?
Request a free consultation! In a 30 minute call we can get to know each other a little better and find out if we are a good match.

For how long do you need to coach me?
I work with a program of 12 weeks. This way you can really implement changes in your lifestyle for long term results.

What do you expect from me?
I need you to be committed to make the necessary changes in your lifestyle. I can support you wherever you need, but you need to put in the work.

Do I need a gym subscription?
No, that is not necessary. I will advise exercises to the possibilities that you have. That can be the gym, but also at home or outside.

Are the consultations online?
The consultations are online, at Stories in Haarlem, or if possible at a different location. We can coordinate the possibilities for in person, but the quality of online sessions is the same.

Can you coach me in another location?
If possible, I can coach you at the location that you prefer. The options will be discussed in the introduction session.

Can I park at the location in Haarlem?
Yes, you can park right outside the door for free. Park at one of the signs that say "Stories".

What does holistic mean?
Holistic means looking at the whole and how it all is connected, rather than focussing on one area. It's about treating the whole person, both body and mind, not just one aspect or symptom.

What is ACT?
ACT stands for Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. It is a form of behavioural therapy, that learns you how to deal with thoughts, feelings, emotions and situations differently.

What does orthomolecular mean?
Orthomolecular stands for creating the best conditions in your body at a molecular level. We achieve this by offering optimal amounts of nutrients.

Can I work on just my mental or physical health?
The body and mind work closely together. Therefore, I address both in my coaching program. But based on your goals we can decide what to give a bit more attention.
