Your guided journey
At the start of the coaching sessions, you’ll complete an intake questionnaire, allowing me to understand your needs on a deeper level. In our 1-on-1 consultations we define a personal strategy that aligns with your lifestyle, and long-term aspirations.
There is 1-on-1 online support throughout the program. With any question, moment of doubt, or an obstacle that arises, I’m here to guide you in making conscious decisions for better mental and physical well-being.
