The method
My program contains 12 weeks of personalized 1:1 coaching, divided into three distinct phases: reset, recharge, and rebuild. With regular deep-dive sessions and ongoing support between sessions, you get personal guidance tailored to your life and goals.
Phase 1: Reset
We create space and clarity. You’ll gain insight into your current patterns, eliminate what drains you, and start a foundation of structure and new habits.
Phase 2: Recharge
We recharge your energy and consistency. You’ll develop supportive routines, strengthen your discipline, and learn how to manage your energy in a way that actually lasts.
